1. Information We Collect

When you sign in to FPLkey using your Google account, we receive the following information from Google: your name, email address, and Google profile picture. We do not collect any payment information, credit card numbers, addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information. Technical data generated during your use of the website may be automatically logged by our hosting provider Vercel, but FPLkey itself does not actively collect or store such data.

2. How We Use Your Information

Collected information is used solely for the following limited purposes: (a) providing you with FPLkey's core functionality, including but not limited to saving your fantasy team lineup; (b) displaying your login status and profile picture on the website interface; (c) improving and maintaining website services. We absolutely do not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise provide your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. We also do not use your information for any automated decision-making, user profiling, or behavioral tracking.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your basic account information and fantasy team data are stored in a PostgreSQL database provided by Neon. We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of internet data transmission or storage. You expressly understand and accept this risk. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users via email within a reasonable time after becoming aware.

4. Cookie Policy

FPLkey only uses session cookies essential for maintaining login state (managed by Auth.js). We do not use any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party cookies. You may block cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent certain features from functioning properly.

5. Third-Party Services

FPLkey relies on the following third-party service providers. Each has its own independent privacy policy and terms of service. FPLkey is not responsible for the actions, policies, data handling practices, or security vulnerabilities of any third-party service provider.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained until you request deletion. You may at any time request via email access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. We will process such requests within 30 days.

7. Policy Changes

FPLkey reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Modified policies take effect immediately. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
